The former Liverpool flop curled over the wall and into the bottom left corner from 20-yards during a pre-season friendly.
The strike handed Nice the lead in a warm-up clash with Swiss side Servette as they won 3-1.
Balotelli also smashed a long range effort onto the bar – with the keeper struggling to see the ball through smoke because of a fan’s flair.
Balotelli recently signed a year extension on his Nice contract.
The Italian netted 17 times in his debut season in Ligue 1 – as he helped the side finish third in the league and qualify for the a Champions League.
Balotelli finally ended his Reds horror stint last summer when he was allowed to switch for free.
