Barcelona fans are saying the same thing after club congratulates Real

Real Madrid received praise from everywhere after winning the Champions League against Juventus on Saturday night.

And rightly so. Los Blancos were head and shoulders above their brilliant rivals in all areas of the park, beating them 4-1 in Wales.

Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard was just one of a number of pundits who hailed their performance on BT Sport following the victory.

“Second half Madrid won all the battles all over the pitch,” said Gerrard.

“Juventus were superb first half, they were aggressive, they were pressing all over the pitch and they created the better chances.

“But whatever was said at half time, there was definitely a difference in approach from the Madrid players.

“They were more positive, they were more confident, they were much the better team.”

However, one place Real probably weren’t expecting to receive praise from would have been their bitter rivals Barcelona.

The hatred between the two sides is legendary, but the Catalan club put the derby to one side and posted a kind message.

“Congratulations Real Madrid for winning the trophy in Cardiff,” wrote Barcelona’s official account. And well, Barca fans weren’t happy.

Although, the response from everyone included just the one word…
