Reports on Thursday evening claimed that the Italian was preparing to walk away from the club.
It’s been claimed that the 47-year-old is at odds with Stamford Bridge chiefs over strategy ahead of the new season, where Chelsea will both be defending their Premier League title and once more competing in the Champions League.
The former Borussia Dortmund boss, Thomas Tuchel, has been mooted as a potential replacement for the Italian.
Conte is yet to sign a new contract with the club – his current deal runs until 2019 – with the new deal promised months ago still yet to be finalised.
But club sources have told Mirror Sport that they have no doubts he will be leading the club in 2017-18, and are currently working with him to strengthen the squad ahead of the new campaign.
But Hazard has already set his sights on winning another Premier League title and next season’s Player of the Year award.
Hazard, who could be fit again by the end of August, said: “Hopefully, next year it is the same — we win the league and then I win Player of the Year.
“Obviously winning the league is what we want most and the award is just a bonus.
“We started this season well and we won the league, but next year we have to work as hard as we have this season. We have to be ready every year at the same level to stay at the top.”
