Ryan Mason took to social media to reveal “he’s back at it” by posting a video of him running in training.
The 26-year-old has been out of action since January after a sickening clash of heads with Chelsea’s Gary Cahill.
Mason was placed in an induced coma and required immediate surgery after fracturing his skull.
The midfielder’s recovery has been steady, with Hull refusing to put a date or time on his return.
But speaking last month, Mason vowed to return a “better player”.
“I’ve got a lot of strength back,” he told Hull City’s official YouTube channel. “The first couple of months were tough for me.
“There was a time there where I couldn’t be around noise and people talking would have been too much for me.”
Mason said a return to the club’s headquarters proved to be a “massive step” in his recovery.
Footage of the Hull star running comes as a huge boost to the former Spurs man and as great news to fans and club officials alike.
There is still no date set for Mason’s return.
