Harry Kane has been named the PFA Fans’ Player of the Season.
Kane adds the gong to the Golden Boot award he won for finishing top goalscorer in the league.
The 23-year-old’s 29-goal haul was capped by six goals in the final two games of the season as he finished ahead of Everton’s Romelu Lukaku.
On top of that, he provided seven assists – and had two month-long lay-offs during the season through injury.
He claimed the Fans’ award with 16,378 of the total votes, while Kante finished second with 13,515.
Kante was the winner of the Players’ Player of the Season award for his battling performances in the centre of midfield as Chelsea won the Premier League.
The other contenders for the Fans’ Player of the Season award were Hazard (8,142 votes), Alexis Sanchez (6,727), Dele Alli (3,507) and Lukaku (955).
Newcastle striker Dwight Gayle picked up the PFA Championship Fans’ Player of the Season earlier in the week.
