The changes Rafa might make

It’s our favourite pre-game again: Guess Rafa’s XI.

It’s a little easier now than it was at the beginning of the season, with six or seven players consistently retaining their starting slots.

As for changes tonight, defensive-midfield could see Isaac Hayden finally return to the starting line-up after his cameo at the weekend, probably in place of Jack Colback. That would offer dynamism to United’s midfield.

Ayoze Perez could well also deputise at No 10 ahead of Mo Diame, with the Senegalese midfielder still yet to convince.

Whether Ciaran Clark is deemed fit enough to start appears a long shot, so the back four could well stay the same -but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Christian Atsu play instead of Yoan Gouffran, who was anonymous against Wigan Athletic.
