Spurs No.2 Vorm pens fresh terms in 15th new deal under Pochettino this year

Date Posted,December 22, 2016

Goalkeeper Michel Vorm has signed a new deal at Tottenham.

The Dutch goalkeeper pens new terms until 2018 to become the 15th Spurs star to commit to Mauricio Pochettino’s project.

The Dutch shot-stopper moved to White Hart Lane in 2014 and has played understudy to Hugo Lloris.

The French international also extended his deal with the club, meaning Vorm is now locked in to be the No.2 for the next few years.

The 33-year-old has made 26 appearances for Spurs and has 15 caps for the Netherlands.

Vorm most recently put in a fine display against Liverpool this season to prove his worth whenever called upon.
