We need to shut up about our PSG miracle now insists Suarez ahead of quarter-final against Juventus

Luis Suarez has urged his Barcelona teammates to forget their “miracle” comeback against Paris Saint-Germain ahead of one of the toughest tests they could face in the Champions League ‘s quarter-finals.

Barcelona produced one of football’s greatest comebacks to get to the last eight, overturning a 4-0 first leg deficit by winning the second leg 6-1.

That incredible fightback to eliminate PSG earned them a two-legged tie against Italian champions and league leaders Juventus.

Ahead of Tuesday night’s first leg in Turin, striker Suarez said: “The game against PSG was special – but it is in the past now.

“We knew that we had the ability to create a miracle – and we made history that night.

“It does give you confidence when you have performances like that – but every test in the Champions League is a big one – and there are not many bigger tests than Juventus.

“They are one of the best teams in Europe, they are playing very well in Italy, and have some special players – but we know that we just have to concentrate on ourselves. “

We will play our way, we will not compromise our style, and if we do that well then we are always confident that will be enough.
